The Club was founded in 1944, and we have recently celebrated our 76th birthday, with our members and guests from sister NZ Lyceum Clubs. The photos attached show our Clubrooms and the birthday cake made by NZ President Marilyn Mackinder. Standing each side are Club President Margo Watson and Secretary Alison Chapman.

Our Club Day lunches are well supported by our 58 members. Various activities which include – Bridge, Choir, Mah Jong, Library, Gardening, Handcraft and Evening dinner are also a great opportunity for members to share their skills and ideas in a spirit of friendship and respect.
